What the Israel-Iran Ceasefire Means for American Interests in the Middle East

June 27, 2025 — Washington, D.C. Veteran BMF Leader Clare Yardley Named Head of Creative Services at Enigma

Sydney, NSW – Independent creative and media agency Enigma has announced the appointment of Clare Yardley, a seasoned leader with more than a decade at BMF Australia, as its new Head of Creative Services .

Yardley joined Enigma after ten years serving as Resource & Creative Services Director at BMF, where she played a pivotal role on award-winning campaigns. Earlier, she held the position of Creative Services Director at Saatchi & Saatchi.

In her expanded role, Yardley will helm the agency's creative operations, embedding streamlined processes and systems to ensure top-quality creative output, drive cost efficiencies, and foster stronger cross-department collaboration. Her hire follows a series of recent creative additions at Enigma, including Simon Lee as Chief Creative Officer in March and Aldo Ferretto as Creative Director and Head of Art in June.

Simon Lee, Chief Creative Officer, commented:

A great Creative Services Director provides the emotionally intelligent oil that keeps an agency humming… Clare’s appointment is a key hire for us. The brief was to find a talismanic figure to take on this role, and that’s Clare down to a tee.

On joining, Yardley shared:

I’m excited to have joined Enigma. To find an agency that genuinely values creative operations in the process of producing excellent work is fantastic. I love the energy of the place and the people, and can’t wait to start shaping how we work.

As Enigma builds its creative leadership team, the addition of Yardley further positions the agency to deliver sophisticated, efficient, and growth-oriented creative solutions.
